Bigfoot Adventure + Good Sam

A Good Sam Park only hours from Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville

Located just 90 minutes southeast of Nashville, Bigfoot Adventures offers Good Sam members with 500 acres for tent and RV camping. Escape to the great outdoors while enjoying family activities on the zipline course, biking through the East Tennessee hills, or exploring the property & waterfalls! Looking to catch a concert at The Caverns? Bigfoot Adventure’s fleet of shuttle vehicles offers campers a convenient ride directly to The Caverns.

 1-26: 40’x80’ pull-through, gravel with lawn area, picnic table, firepit, 50’/30’ amp hookup

Please note: 6 does not accommodate large RVs. If you have reserved this site and have a larger set up, please contact the office to rebook your site.

27-35: 40’x80’ pull-through, all grass, electric/water sites, can be used for tent camping as well

Please note: 27-35 are only booked when all other sites are reserved. 

Please do not forget to check-in and be sure to wait for a staff member to lead you to your site. They will show you the easiest way to enter your site.

If you are wanting to move sites, please call the office to check if any other sites are available. If there is another available site, please wait for a staff member to lead you to the new site.

1 -9, 11 -21: Full hookup (water, power, and sewer)

10, 22-35: Partial hookup (water and power)

Rules & Regulations

  • CAUTION: BIGFOOT has friends here—watch for wildlife on land and in water. Please keep children and pets safe at all times.
  • SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. Strictly enforced. Drive carefully and watch for Children & Wildlife.
  • Sewer Donut or Elbow REQUIRED.
  • DO NOT LEAVE kids unattended on the grounds or in the bathhouse. Parent/Guardian is responsible for any issues.
  • MOWING is every Thursday. Please move any cars or belongings from the grass during these days.
  • NO CLOTHES LINES or hanging clothes outside.
  • CAMPFIRES are permitted in fire rings on the campsite. Please do not move them!
  • GOLF CARTS AND OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES must be operated by a licensed driver and must have lights to operate after dark. Please obey speed limit.
  • QUIET TIME is 11:00pm to 8:00am.
  • CHECK OUT TIMES: 11:00am for cabins, 12:00pm for R.V. /Tent Sites.
  • NO WASHING cars or campers.
  • DO NOT WASH DISHES in water hose area outside Bath House.
  • PETS must be on a leash when outside. Do not leave unattended. Please use a pooper scooper or other method to clean up after pets and dispose of properly in a bag in the trash receptacle.
  • BICYCLES: Don’t ride after dark.
  • FOOD STORAGE: All food must be kept sealed in a vehicle or in a camping unit constructed of solid, non-pliable material at all times when not in use.
  • NO SHOOTING of firearms or fireworks. All firearms to be concealed.
  • PARKING:Parking is not allowed in empty campsites. Maximum of two (2) vehicles parking allowed on any one campsite. All vehicles must receive an authorized vehicle pass at check in.  All visitors to your campsite must check in at the clubhouse and receive a vehicle pass. There is a fee for a third vehicle and must be parked in a designated parking area.  Buy this parking pass at check in for $5. 
  • DO NOT LITTER. Please be mindful and respectful of the property and your site.
  • DO NOT PULL into a spot you have not reserved. Refer to RV section of guide for questions about switching your reserved spot.
  • TRASH must be taken to the dumpsters located behind the bathhouse and not left at site.
  • PICNIC TABLES DO NOT MOVE or CARVE IN THE WOOD ON PICNIC TABLES.

What amenities do you have?

Bigfoot RV Park & Campground has a variety of amenities, including:

Is your location tent-friendly?

Yes, the campground at Bigfoot Adventure and Baggenstoss Farm is equipped for all camping styles, including tents and campers. We have over 500 acres of land, so you can choose the perfect spot to pitch your tent.

What accommodations do you have for RVs?

Our RV Park has more than 40 onsite camper hookups, RV water and dump stations, and 30/50 AMP hookups. There’s also a bathhouse and showers for your convenience.

How much does it cost?

30/50 AMP RV 

$65/night – Full Hookup Site 

$55/night – Power & Water Only

Do I need reservations?

Yes, please use our online reservation tool to book your site(s) or call our RV Park and Campground at 931-592-6834 today!

Can I pick my site spot?

You can book a site for a specific kind of spot i.e. a full-hookup pull-through site and will be guaranteed that type of site. The exact site number will be given to you upon arrival. If you have a specific site number you are interested in, you can request it over the phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but can not guarantee you will get that specific site number.

Do you have long-term RV spots available?

We have limited long-term RV spots available. A camper inspection is required and no permanent fixtures allowed.
